After a round of Windows update this morning, soon after, I was not able to attach files in emails and not able to download files. What's going on?

The Windows update might have messed up your system. If you are sure that the problems occured after the Windows update happened, you can run System Restore to undo the update. If you need more details, follow this guide at How-To Geek website. |
